A flavourful vapour-infused gin made with more than 10 botanicals carefully blended to harmonize the freshness of juniper with bright notes of coriander, the sweetness of citrus touched by the warmth of cinnamon, cubeb berries and grains of paradise. Available in 750ml, 375ml and 50ml bottles.
Spectral gin is named for the ghostly White Lady of Thetis Cove linked to Victoria's Four Mile Pub, opened in 1858 as a semi-rural retreat .
Over the years witnesses gave accounts of her shimmering form standing on the shore in what is now Victoria's View Royal neighbourhood. She's believed to await the return of her seafaring husband. Sudden illness took her life before his return.
