Mix: To your favourite spirit add ice and up to 2 Tbsp. (30ml) Tonic Water Mix, then top with sparkling soda water tp taste (3:1 or 4:1) This is classic tonic hand made on Vancouver Island. Pairs well with gin or vodka.

Ingredients: Water, cane sugar, orange peel, citric acid, malic acid, sea salt, sodium benzoate, natural quinine 

Shelf-life: Unopened, it will last 1 year - once open, keep refrigerated and it’ll last for at least 8 weeks
